Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,236 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with EXD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD2-to-partner and partner-to-EXD2 results are reported.
