EXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1_p_S217_S221, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with EXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD1-to-partner and partner-to-EXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1_p_S217_S221 grouped by EXD1-low versus EXD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
