EXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1A, VNN3, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with EXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD1-to-partner and partner-to-EXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1A grouped by EXD1-low versus EXD1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
