EWSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EWSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EWSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T2, SSMEM1, and REG1B. Each is linked with EWSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EWSR1-to-partner and partner-to-EWSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T2 grouped by EWSR1-low versus EWSR1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EWSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EWSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
