EVX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, MIR4747, and MIR3619. Each is linked with EVX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVX2-to-partner and partner-to-EVX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by EVX2-low versus EVX2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
