EVX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with EVX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVX1-to-partner and partner-to-EVX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by EVX1-low versus EVX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
