EVX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM9A, BPIFB6, and CFC1B. Each is linked with EVX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVX1-to-partner and partner-to-EVX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM9A grouped by EVX1-low versus EVX1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
