EVX1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVX1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,983 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVX1-AS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, Negative regulation of stem cell differentiation, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with EVX1-AS in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVX1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-EVX1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage grouped by EVX1-AS-low versus EVX1-AS-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVX1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVX1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
