EVL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOC2B, LINC02210-CRHR1, and HSP90AA1. Each is linked with EVL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVL-to-partner and partner-to-EVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
