EVI5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,558 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, CD248, and FERMT2. Each is linked with EVI5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI5-to-partner and partner-to-EVI5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVI5 versus CAVIN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
