Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EVI5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGU, LINC00534, and RPS6P20. Each is linked with EVI5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI5-to-partner and partner-to-EVI5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGU grouped by EVI5-low versus EVI5-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
