Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVI5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Cytosolic transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with EVI5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI5-to-partner and partner-to-EVI5 results are reported.
