EVI2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNA5SP136, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with EVI2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI2B-to-partner and partner-to-EVI2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
