EVC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,599 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVC, AFAP1, and GLI3. Each is linked with EVC2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC2-to-partner and partner-to-EVC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVC2 versus EVC in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
