EVC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 759 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSN-AS1, CFLAR, and PRLR. Each is linked with EVC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC2-to-partner and partner-to-EVC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVC2 versus GSN-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
