EVC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, CRK, and GLOD4. Each is linked with EVC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC2-to-partner and partner-to-EVC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by EVC2-low versus EVC2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
