EVC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETREG1, HTR4, and UNCX. Each is linked with EVC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC2-to-partner and partner-to-EVC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETREG1 grouped by EVC2-low versus EVC2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
