EVC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,466 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVA, CALD1, and CNN3. Each is linked with EVC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC-to-partner and partner-to-EVC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVC versus PARVA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
