EVC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, TIGAR, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with EVC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC-to-partner and partner-to-EVC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by EVC-low versus EVC-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
