EVC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,205 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM47A, SALL3, and ZNF516. Each is linked with EVC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC-to-partner and partner-to-EVC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM47A grouped by EVC-low versus EVC-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
