EVA1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVA1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P5, ZC2HC1B, and BTBD10. Each is linked with EVA1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVA1C-to-partner and partner-to-EVA1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P5 grouped by EVA1C-low versus EVA1C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVA1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVA1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
