EVA1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,017 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64DP, MIR4444-2, and MIR1273C. Each is linked with EVA1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVA1A-to-partner and partner-to-EVA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64DP grouped by EVA1A-low versus EVA1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
