Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ETV7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ETV7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ETV7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ETV7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and LUSC are the cancer types where ETV7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
