ETV6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,875 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAPBPL, NFKBIZ, and IRF1. Each is linked with ETV6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV6-to-partner and partner-to-ETV6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETV6 versus TAPBPL in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
