ETV6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK8, HOXB1, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with ETV6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV6-to-partner and partner-to-ETV6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK8 grouped by ETV6-low versus ETV6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
