ETV4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1, MGAT3, and PHF20L1. Each is linked with ETV4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV4-to-partner and partner-to-ETV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORC1 grouped by ETV4-low versus ETV4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
