ETS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,998 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP325, NMBR-AS1, and SNORD116-26. Each is linked with ETS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETS2-to-partner and partner-to-ETS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP325 grouped by ETS2-low versus ETS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
