ETNK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA10B, LRRC6P1, and FAM106DP. Each is linked with ETNK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETNK2-to-partner and partner-to-ETNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA10B grouped by ETNK2-low versus ETNK2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
