ETHE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETHE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETHE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, MAGEB4, and STRA8. Each is linked with ETHE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETHE1-to-partner and partner-to-ETHE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by ETHE1-low versus ETHE1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETHE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETHE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
