Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ETFRF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ETFRF1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ETFRF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ETFRF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and LGG are the cancer types where ETFRF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
