ETFRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETFRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,279 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETFRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMAS, CCDC91, and PRKACA. Each is linked with ETFRF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETFRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ETFRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETFRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETFRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
