ETFDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETFDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETFDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL544P, SNX3P1Y, and MIR1289-2. Each is linked with ETFDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETFDH-to-partner and partner-to-ETFDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL544P grouped by ETFDH-low versus ETFDH-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETFDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETFDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
