ETFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP32, RNA5SP415, and USP9YP2. Each is linked with ETFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETFB-to-partner and partner-to-ETFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP32 grouped by ETFB-low versus ETFB-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
