ETFA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,519 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC16, ITPR3, and TP53. Each is linked with ETFA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETFA-to-partner and partner-to-ETFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC16 grouped by ETFA-low versus ETFA-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
