ETFA

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETFA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ETFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETFA-to-partner and partner-to-ETFA results are reported.
