ETDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH11, OGFRL1, and UBR1. Each is linked with ETDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETDC-to-partner and partner-to-ETDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH11 grouped by ETDC-low versus ETDC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
