ETAA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,711 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETAA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX11, PLCG2, and WDR5. Each is linked with ETAA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ETAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETAA1 versus STX11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
