ETAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,498 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGW, MIR7845, and RNU6-1009P. Each is linked with ETAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ETAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGW grouped by ETAA1-low versus ETAA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
