ETAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ETAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ETAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by ETAA1-low versus ETAA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
