Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,934 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ETAA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with ETAA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ETAA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint grouped by ETAA1-low versus ETAA1-high in OVARY.
