ETAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, C5orf52, and GALNTL5. Each is linked with ETAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETAA1-to-partner and partner-to-ETAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by ETAA1-low versus ETAA1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
