Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESYT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,020 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESYT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPS2, OR6M1, and PGAM1P4. Each is linked with ESYT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT3-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESYT3 versus REPS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
