ESYT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESYT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ESYT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT3-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ESYT3-low versus ESYT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
