ESYT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESYT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS21, G6PC2, and KRT82. Each is linked with ESYT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT3-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGS21 grouped by ESYT3-low versus ESYT3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
