ESYT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESYT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNT, LETM1, and EXO1. Each is linked with ESYT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT2-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNT grouped by ESYT2-low versus ESYT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
