ESYT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESYT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8D2, ZSCAN20, and SCGB2A1. Each is linked with ESYT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT2-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8D2 grouped by ESYT2-low versus ESYT2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
