ESYT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESYT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with ESYT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT1-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ESYT1-low versus ESYT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
