ESYT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESYT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESYT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf73, SLC32A1, and DNAI1. Each is linked with ESYT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESYT1-to-partner and partner-to-ESYT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf73 grouped by ESYT1-low versus ESYT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
