ESX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with ESX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESX1-to-partner and partner-to-ESX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ESX1-low versus ESX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
