ESX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM196, CLEC10A, and FTMT. Each is linked with ESX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESX1-to-partner and partner-to-ESX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM196 grouped by ESX1-low versus ESX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
